VoIPNETICS offers international calling to approved customers who need to place calls outside the United States. International calls are billed separately from standard domestic calling plans and are charged based on the destination country’s per-minute rate.
International calling rates vary by country and may change based on carrier costs, regulatory fees, destination-specific charges, and other factors.

To help protect customer accounts from unauthorized use, fraud, and unexpected international charges, international dialing is disabled by default on all VoIPNETICS accounts.
Customers who wish to make international calls must request activation through VoIPNETICS Support. The request should specify whether international calling should be enabled for:
VoIPNETICS may review the account and apply reasonable restrictions, require additional verification, or request a security deposit before enabling international calling.
Once international dialing has been enabled and calling credits are available, customers may place international calls using the VoIPNETICS Connect UC app or an approved VoIPNETICS physical phone.

The exact dialing format may vary depending on the destination country, local number format, and carrier requirements.
Calls within the United States are generally treated as domestic calls under standard VoIPNETICS calling plans, unless otherwise stated in the customer’s agreement, service order, or applicable plan details.
Calls to destinations outside the United States are considered international calls and may be subject to additional charges.
Inbound international SMS is supported on a best-effort basis where available. Outbound international SMS is not supported at this time.
VoIPNETICS does not guarantee delivery of international SMS messages. Delivery may depend on third-party carriers, local regulations, destination network policies, and other factors outside of VoIPNETICS’ control.
VoIPNETICS may block or restrict calls to certain international destinations considered high-risk for fraud, abuse, or excessive carrier costs.

Customers are responsible for all international calls placed from their account, including calls resulting from unauthorized use, compromised credentials, misconfigured devices, or account misuse.
Customers are responsible for securing their VoIPNETICS account, phones, apps, passwords, devices, and network access.
VoIPNETICS strongly recommends using secure passwords, limiting international calling access only to authorized users, and notifying VoIPNETICS Support immediately if suspicious activity is detected.
International calling charges are non-refundable once calls have been completed and billed by the carrier.
To enable international calling, customers must submit a support request to VoIPNETICS Support and include the following information:
